He has acted as an independent advisor on Inclusion globally, taking human rights, diversity and equality to include additional areas such as the emerging importance of accessibility in all its forms to removing barriers.
A passionate speaker on Human Rights, he has in the past spoke internationally at organisations such as the United Nations and many world conferences and events on the need to collaborate across rights movements.
He is a former chair of the International Refugee and Migrant Rights Panel for Young People and currently an independent consultant on Human Rights to various global organisations.

As a strong motivational speaker his consultancy and advice is always solution based with an emphasis on dialogue and diplomacy. This approach has enabled him to work on sensitive projects around the world from combating government department racism in one country, to developing effective diplomatic ways of stop and search under counter terrorism policing projects.
As many of the projects he is involved with are of a sensitive nature we do not discuss many of these to preserve client confidentiality.
